Making Appointments

How to Make an Appointment:

We see patients by appointment and will try our best to accommodate your schedule. We advise you to call several months in advance to schedule your annual exam.

If you need a skin test or patch test, please request that at the time you schedule your appointment.

When making an appointment, please tell the receptionist:

  • In which of the two offices would you like to be seen
  • What the reason is for your visit (problem or annual)

This helps us allocate enough time for your appointment.

If you need to reschedule, please notify us as far in advance as possible.

If you have an emergency, dial 911 and go to the emergency room.

Please take traffic and travel time into consideration when making your appointment. If you find you are running late, please call and let us know.

Since the doctor does see patients at scheduled times, walking in without an appointment and/or arriving too early for your scheduled appointment is discouraged.

  • Established patients will receive a yearly reminder when it is time to make their appointment if they did not schedule one at their last visit.
  • Please notify our office when your address changes so that you will receive your reminder.

Cancellation Policy:

Your appointment time is important to you, our staff, and others who need our services.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

We reserve the right to charge you for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or you do not show for your appointment, then a fee of $25 will be charged to your account. You will be personally responsible for payment of this charge.

For consideration of other patients, please help us keep the scheduling of appointments fair. Thank you.
